Review of day care records finds safety violations but no mention of fraud, absence of kids

INVESTIGATES did its own analysis of state records for the day cares mentioned in a recent viral video. Inspection reports for all the facilities with active licenses reveal plenty of safety violations but do not mention fraud or an absence of kids.

Daycare at Center of Minnesota Fraud Video Had Long List of Violations

Prosecutors have alleged that fraud may cost Minnesota billions of dollars. The case has also become culturally fraught, as 82 of the 92 defendants charged are Somali Americans, according to the Associated Press.
