Georgia cyclospora cases rise as CDC tracks parasite surge, surveillance cut claims disputed
The CDC’s surveillance map showed Georgia with an estimated 11 to 30 cases, up from 1 to 10 the previous week. The CDC said the parasite can spread through contaminated food or water.
