The Miami Dolphins’ decision to part ways with coach Mike McDaniel drew reaction from NFL analysts Thursday, some of whom even ventured into linking the Dolphins to pursuit of ex-Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh.

The Dolphins are embarking on another organizational reboot. They fired coach Mike McDaniel on Thursday morning and are searching for a new general manager.

The Dolphins and Giants might be the favorites, but how would Harbaugh fit in Atlanta, Cleveland, Tennessee, Arizona and Las Vegas?

For more than a few of the playoff teams, there’s no way Harbaugh would be a consideration. The Broncos and Seahawks, obviously, will be standing pat. Ditto for the likes of the Patriots, Chargers (that would be a very awkward phone call), Jaguars, Rams, 49ers, Bears, and Texans.
